Position Overview

Calian is proud to provide our public and private sector clients across Canada with high-quality psychological assessment services for candidate selection. We are currently seeking a Clinical Psychologist in the Windsor area to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with candidates who have previously completed written personality assessments.
  • Complete a template with findings after conducting interviews.
  • Receive support from our experienced Senior Consulting Psychologist.
  • Perform the second part of a two-part assessment, which includes formal testing using MMPI-3 and 16PF, and a structured clinical interview.
  • Review and interpret the results of the testing.
  • Conduct follow-up clinical interviews to determine whether the candidate meets or does not meet the requirements of CBSA.
  • Provide feedback on individual assessment results to candidates and defend psychological evaluations when required.
Qualifications
  • Completed at least 25 individual psychological assessments for clients primarily engaged in law enforcement or military roles.
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology is preferred; a Master's with the proper background is also acceptable.
  • Must be fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Ontario.
  • Must be fully fluent in English.
  • Must be able to conduct interviews with candidates in-person in a private office.
Additional Requirements
  • Casual contract – Flexible schedule Based on the needs of the client and the availability of the Psychologist.
  • Work can be done on weekdays, evenings and/or weekends.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $225.00 - $235.00 per hour
