Job Title: Compounder Helper

Hunter Amenities International is a leading manufacturer of Guest Amenities with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compounder Helper to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Compounder Helper will play a critical role in maintaining high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support compounders by delivering raw materials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify materials are pulled from the warehouse to confirm part numbers and quantities on the pull sheet.
  • Be responsible for issuing or transferring materials as needed.
  • Check route sheets for special instructions or documentation.
  • Service the floor with raw materials for batching.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff for raw materials.
  • Clean and remove totes to and from the washout area or other designated areas.
  • Ensure raw material containers are sealed when put away.
  • Return raw materials to the warehouse or racks upon completion of the job and verify the returned material is identified with a legible barcode label.
  • Confirm the quantity of materials being returned matches the system and document any discrepancies.
  • Be responsible for hooking up totes and emptying tanks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including emptying garbage bins throughout the shift and at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a compounding department is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience operating a Reach and walkie is required.
  • Reach lift and walkie experience is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Motivated and self-starting individual who can work independently within a team environment with minimal direction.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
