Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Trainee at Onedersquad, you will be integral in assisting the HR department with a variety of administrative responsibilities and initiatives. This role includes a comprehensive training phase lasting 4-6 weeks, with the opportunity to evolve into a temporary or permanent position based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data management tasks related to employee records, payroll, and benefits utilizing platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and Dayforce.
- Assist in recruitment activities by reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and engaging in hiring events.
Facilitate change management efforts by creating communication materials, conducting research, and aiding in training sessions. - Work collaboratively with HR colleagues on administrative duties including document organization, filing, and maintaining HR information systems.
- Participate in project management tasks by helping to plan, execute, and track HR initiatives.
Provide assistance in payroll administration by verifying attendance records, calculating compensation, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
