Job Title: Director, Integrated Digital Transformation

Grand River Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Integrated Digital Transformation to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive innovation in our organization.

About the Role:

The Director, Integrated Digital Transformation will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the hospital's vision, goals, and strategic plan. This includes overseeing senior project managers and other resources dedicated to implementing digital projects across various departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy aligned with the hospital's vision, goals, and strategic plan.
  • Oversee senior project managers and other resources dedicated to implementing digital projects across various departments.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's level preferred).
  • Project Management Professional and Change Management Certifications (preferred).
  • Education, experience, or certifications in artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, or data analytics.
  • Proven experience with clinical and corporate applications in a hospital setting.
  • Extensive experience in IT management and digital transformation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse technology teams.
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution, service, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
