We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Art Homes. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and programs, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and tracking progress.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records.
Requirements
