Position Overview

The Customer Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and efficient service delivery. This position involves overseeing various customer service operations and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize standard transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and operational procedures.
  • Compile and present detailed reports for management review.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management processes.
  • Engage in retail sales of products and services.
  • Calculate inventory costs, set retail pricing, and generate profit reports.
  • Design and arrange displays for retail merchandise.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication within the workplace is English.
