Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to IT service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve IT services.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as imaging, cataloging, and archiving of IT assets.
  • Document and track IT service requests and incidents using our ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT technical support and customer service.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, MS Office, and MS Windows Applications.
  • Working knowledge of IT support operations, including ticketing systems, incident and request classification, and remote control tools.
  • Local travel approximately 0%-25%.
