Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at T.L HOLDINGS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage kitchen staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that we are meeting customer requirements.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is presented to the highest standards.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that we have the right people in place at the right time.
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- 3-4 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen staff and operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in the kitchen.
