About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with leaders to assess opportunities that can accelerate our business strategy. You will also support the financial analysis of business cases for growth opportunities and develop quantitative analyses to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders to assess strategic opportunities and develop financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Support the financial analysis of business cases for growth opportunities, including acquisitions, divestitures, product expansion, and partnership strategies.
  • Develop quantitative analyses, including financial forecasting, valuation modeling, and strategic decisions.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing presentation decks summarizing key financial analysis for various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of practices and processes to promote operational efficiency.
  • Conduct and prepare ad-hoc and regular reporting and analyses for internal projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • CPA, CFA, and/or CBV or equivalent designation preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to create structured quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Proficiency with Excel and building business presentations through PowerPoint.
  • Financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, comps analysis, forecasting, etc.
  • High EQ and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to balance multiple high-priority projects/tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer

Peoples Trust offers a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $75,000 and $85,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
