About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Cherrie and Mark Abiad. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Punctuality, dependability, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home, private residence.
