Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Ensure public areas, such as the lobby and hallways, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning schedules.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
