Position Overview:
This role involves overseeing the management of a comprehensive Digital and Virtual Health Care Strategy Project. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with vendor project teams.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and strategic plans.
- Facilitate essential project meetings, including governance and working groups.
- Provide regular project status updates.
- Create timelines for key project milestones.
- Monitor project budgets to ensure financial accountability.
- Engage with health system partners to gather and analyze requirements for major initiatives.
- Plan and assess upcoming major initiatives.
- Draft business cases and presentations for budget considerations.
Qualifications:
- Project Management designation or equivalent experience.
- Business Analysis certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience in Organizational Change Management, particularly in large-scale projects.
- Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to draft business cases, reports, and proposals.
- Strong capability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
