Job Title: Instrumentation Technician - Field

ElevationHR is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician - Field to join our team. As an Instrumentation Technician - Field, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining industrial instruments and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect operation of instruments and systems
  • Repair and adjust system components
  • Complete test and maintenance reports
  • Remove and replace defective parts
  • Calibrate components and instruments
  • Logical approach for troubleshooting
  • Determine testing and maintenance procedures
  • Install new measuring instruments
  • Coach and instruct apprentices
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work
Requirements:
  • Industrial Instrument Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in industrial instruments servicing
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Safety equipment/gear
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Safety glasses/goggles
