Sherry Van Blyderveen is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Learning Disabilities to join our team.
Job Description:We are looking for a skilled professional to work with individuals with learning disabilities, providing education and support to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with specialists to develop personalized programs for clients with special needs.
- Design and implement individualized education and intervention plans to facilitate clients' readaptation and independence objectives.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient program delivery.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate program implementation.
- Repetitive tasks to maintain program consistency.
- Client-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing program needs.
- Initiative to take ownership of program delivery.
- Free parking available on site.
- Employer-provided learning and training opportunities.
- Permanent work term with 37.5 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
