Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of newcomers and refugees, including providing assistance with immediate needs and facilitating access to community resources.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, and provide training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
