About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Alarm Systems Installation Specialist to join our team at Excalibur Security Services Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to ensure prompt and effective repair.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Products: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of electronic security systems and installation procedures.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will work outdoors and in various locations, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our electronic security systems.
