Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art dealership facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our used car department, developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory acquisition, pricing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability in the used car department
  • Foster a high-performance sales environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing sales
  • Mentor and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Optimize sales processes for used cars, ensuring alignment with overall dealership goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Manager of a used car department in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of increasing gross profits while maintaining leading CSI scores
  • Deep knowledge of used car market trends, acquisition, and pricing strategies
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales, inventory management, and department profitability
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points
