In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while collaborating with diverse companies across multiple industries, including fintech, automotive, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and distribution of quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, scripts, Q&A sessions, investor presentations, and key talking points.
- Collaborate with finance, public relations, legal, and other departments to compile data, create content, and ensure consistent messaging around quarterly and business developments.
- Analyze sell-side analyst reports and conduct financial evaluations to assess sell-side models.
- Prepare regular updates on market trends, investor feedback summaries, valuation analyses, and industry news briefs.
- Utilize financial and investor relations databases (such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Ipreo/BD Corporate) to inform strategies.
- Coordinate investor events and manage logistics related to investor relations.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity sales, research, strategy, accounting, or planning and development for a publicly traded entity.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A strong financial background in sell-side equity research, buy-side, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey key insights effectively to investors, analysts, and senior leadership.
- Experience working with publicly traded companies under regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with investor relations databases and platforms.
- Experience in technology or fintech sectors is preferred.
