Job Title: Director, Commercial Asset Management

We're seeking a Director, Commercial Asset Management to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial asset management strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals to deliver complex projects and ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams.
  • Exceptional thought leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of tools used to implement process automation, decisioning, and robotics solutions.
  • Extensive experience with delivery strategy, governance, and management.
  • Exceptional communicator with a strong ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders, employees, partners.
