About the Role
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients undergoing oncology treatment, performing thorough patient evaluations and formulating individualized nursing care strategies.
- Engage with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and modify treatment protocols.
- Administer prescribed medications and observe patient responses closely.
- Maintain comprehensive patient documentation and provide education to patients regarding their care.
- Ensure a secure and supportive environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program and active RN licensure.
- Current certification in CPR.
- A minimum of one year of pertinent nursing experience.
Essential Skills
- Exhibit strong clinical expertise and apply it in practice.
- Effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members.
- Prioritize and organize patient care efficiently.
- Physically capable of performing nursing duties as required.
