Software Requirements Engineer

Are you driven by the challenge of crafting software solutions tailored to the unique needs of various clients? We are seeking a Software Requirements Engineer to enhance our capabilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough discussions with clients to gather and assess specific technical and functional requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to document and validate all requirements prior to their integration into the development workflow.
  • Oversee project requirements as a backlog to monitor the progress of development efforts.
  • Assist internal Product Owners, development teams, and UI/UX professionals in executing intricate solutions.
  • Play a key role in formulating practical requirements, particularly within the Engineering domain.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in requirement gathering for software projects utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • A self-directed and organized approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and analytical thinking.
