This role is essential for the daily functioning of our operations, ensuring we consistently meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will follow a modified work schedule of 4 days, 10.5 hours each day (Wednesday to Saturday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Aligning drivers, vehicles, and trailers with orders based on load specifications and qualifications while maximizing fleet efficiency.
  • Monitoring driver hours of service, confirming product compatibility with equipment, and coordinating equipment availability for maintenance.
  • Planning routes for drivers, adding necessary points, and ensuring all special load instructions are clearly communicated.
  • Contacting off-duty drivers to relay trip instructions for their upcoming shifts.
  • Collaborating with team members regarding any changes to planned loads.
  • Managing and communicating adjustments to orders and updating systems accordingly.
  • Receiving customer orders via various communication methods, entering them into the TMW system, and confirming order details with clients.
  • Overseeing tank levels and verifying inventory status.
  • Preparing documentation for border crossings and liaising with brokers and clients.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in forecasting, workforce allocation, and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of road regulations, permits, and familiarity with LSD is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications is essential; experience with TMW is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain composure and a sense of humor in dynamic situations.
