About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee shop, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
