The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual with a keen eye for accuracy. This person will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.

A Day in the Life

  • Process and review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal authorizations and payment controls.
  • Manage vendor account maintenance and reconcile payable subledgers to vendor statements.
  • Issue payments according to terms via EFT, credit card, and cheques.
  • Process and reconcile corporate visa transactions and accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and supporting documentation.
  • Provide ad hoc reports and support as required.
