As an Administrative Assistant at Agnico Eagle, you will play a vital role in supporting the Mines Operation Department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the leadership team and mine operations, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and edit corporate reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
  • Attend meetings and take minutes;
  • Verify service invoices and process SAP purchase requisitions;
  • Liaise with various departments to coordinate events, tours, travel, and hotels;
  • Update phone lists, crew lists, and related documents for Mine Operations/Administration;
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma;
  • Post-Secondary Administration or Business Course;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commensurate administrative role;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
