We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team at Inspiration Builders & Developers Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for creating precision machined parts and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Verify Machined Parts: Use precision measuring instruments to ensure machined parts meet specifications.
- Program CNC Machine Tools: Set up and operate computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to guide your work.
- Machine Castings: Create machine castings to produce metal molds, core boxes, and precisely shaped models.
- Set Up and Operate Electrical Discharge Machines: Use EDM to create complex shapes and designs.
- Lay Out and Assemble Patterns: Position, secure, measure, and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining.
- Set Up and Operate Conventional and Computer-Controlled Machine Tools: Use a variety of machine tools to produce high-quality parts.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
