Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Tropika Malaysian & Thai Cuisine Express is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers, serve food and beverages, and take orders to relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Communication: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
