About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to join our IT Security Infrastructure and Assets Operations team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving complex network incidents and implementing permanent corrective measures to ensure the continuity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network issues through continuous improvement and implementation of permanent corrective measures.
  • Oversee the implementation of new network infrastructure solutions to support business needs.
  • Analyze change requests related to the network infrastructure and assess their impact on existing applications.
  • Propose and implement technological solutions to support stakeholder activities and optimize system efficiency.
  • Provide management with information to influence orientations and strategies related to the network infrastructure.
About the Team

You will be part of a large team of 15 colleagues and will report to the Manager, IT Telecommunications Management. Our team is known for its versatility and collaboration, both internally and with other teams. We offer 24/7 support for the entire Bank with the help of our team in Thailand.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid problem resolution experience in a Cisco environment.
  • Very good knowledge of network technologies/concepts.
  • Knowledge of network tools.
  • Experience in the financial services sector, an asset.
  • Excellent ability to work in complex environments and grasp complex technological concepts.
  • CCNP certification an asset.
  • ITIL certification an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact with various stakeholders.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Autonomous and results-oriented.
