About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Everyday Wireless. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services, and provide advice on products.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, process orders, and assist with display of merchandise.
  • Advisory Services: Provide advice on merchandise, estimate prices, and discuss contract terms.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on customer service and sales skills.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
