Job Title: Material & Logistics Planner

We're seeking a skilled Material & Logistics Planner to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, releasing, and tracking the delivery of materials and parts needed for production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of materials and parts to meet production schedules and minimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible terms for BRP.
  • Identify and implement areas of improvement in line with team objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, or a related field, or DEC in administration or a related field with 18-36 months of experience.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English to communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
