About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Niakwa Pizza. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and manage customer loyalty programs.
  • Manage Cash and Inventory: Count and reconcile cash, manage inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Monitor the store for any potential security risks, report any incidents to management, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work as a Team Member: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
