Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our company's mission and vision.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the achievement of our goals and objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring that our interests are represented effectively.
  • Event Management: Manage events and activities that promote our organization's brand and reputation.
  • Work Environment: Foster a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a senior management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
