  • Support Product Owners in managing the product backlog effectively;
  • Collaborate closely with Agile Coaches and fellow Scrum Masters to promote Agile practices throughout the organization;

  • Demonstrate leadership through example.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and systemic thinking skills;
  • Ability to navigate various organizational levels and contexts;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT;
  • Relevant background in technology design environments;
  • At least 3 years of Agile experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft TFS;
  • Experience in the financial industry, particularly in investment;
  • Bilingualism is a plus;
  • Empathetic and driven;
  • Passionate about fostering a robust team culture;
  • Proficient in transforming conflicts into learning opportunities;
  • Organized and proactive in approach;
  • Attentive to the needs of the team.
