About the Role

Creative Impex Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Operations Management: Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with warehouse staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize our supply chain, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
