Key Responsibilities- Strategically manage and oversee the operations and services of the SIT team, ensuring alignment with the city's vision and organizational objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of business solutions that drive innovation and efficiency in the delivery of services to citizens.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop and implement solutions that meet those needs.
- Manage and oversee the development and implementation of IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including citizens, city officials, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Master's degree in a related field (an asset).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 6 years in leadership and management roles.
- Proven track record of success in leading IT teams and delivering business solutions.
