About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at I.LAC INVESTMENTS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and external parties, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our office activities, including financial transactions, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on office activities, including budgetary and operational performance.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential for this position.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the office.
