Restaurant Manager Job Description

Eazyfoods Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing operational procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, lead and instruct individuals, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.

Work Details: Permanent position, 30 to 35 hours per week, English language, and work term: permanent.
