We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mount St. Mary Hospital. As a key member of our Resident Care Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a resident-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents, ensuring a high level of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Team and House Team to provide a comprehensive service that meets resident care standards.
- Maintain an environment of resident-centered care by enabling resident choice, individualized care, and resident and family involvement in care decisions.
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current full practicing license with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.43 to $32.98, plus benefits and vacation as outlined in the HEABC NBA Provincial Collective Agreement. Portability from BC Health Authorities is recognized.
