We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at M-Kite International Inc.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with warehouse and production units, and coordinating traffic flow of supplies.
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports, and communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations.
  • Keep track of shipments, record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of inventory control software, MS Office, and spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
