At Baskin Robbins, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments. This role will also involve establishing objectives for the organization, formulating or approving policies and programs, and representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions. Additionally, the Executive Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority, and creating optimum working conditions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including a dental plan, health care plan, and other perks.
