Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

Rick's Place Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and high-quality presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods
