About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Rick's Place Restaurant Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods according to established standards.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Scour pots and pans to ensure they are spotless.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their queries in a professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Counter Attendant at Rick's Place Restaurant Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
