Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security posts and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Train and mentor security guards to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a variety of environments.
