Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Package Parcel Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Train and develop delivery drivers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth operation of the delivery team.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed by the delivery team.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
