About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at RA SONI INC. as a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as well as tax returns and trial balance of books.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and receive payment for goods or services.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, provide customer service, and respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
