We are seeking a driven and experienced Director of Sales for Unitron Canada to lead the sales strategy and drive business growth within the Canadian market.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the Unitron sales team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the Unitron brand in Canada.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication between departments and brands within the Canadian organization.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategic plan to expand the Unitron business and brand presence in Canada, encompassing sales, marketing, and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor departmental performance against established goals, ensuring progress is made and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and key vendors on behalf of the organization.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director of Sonova Canada to align strategies, goals, and objectives across all brands in the Canadian market.
  • Participate actively in the preparation and execution of the annual business plan.
Your Profile:
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and management within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales success in complex and dynamic markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or comparable industries selling industrial med-tech products to retail (optical products, battery industry, medical care devices, etc.).
  • Proactive, hands-on work ethic with a strong focus on results. Possess exceptional analytical and conceptual skills to drive fact-based decision-making.
  • Sound business judgment derived from practical experience and objective thinking. Ability to anticipate and manage multiple priorities effectively.
