We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at 1949871 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our healthcare support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities and ensure their safety and well-being during these activities.
- Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort, including providing emotional support and assistance with daily living tasks.
- Perform other duties related to personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
- Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Serve meal trays and feed patients in a safe and respectful manner.
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention to their comfort and safety.
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Work Term: Permanent and be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Work Language: English and be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week and be flexible to meet the needs of the team and the patients we serve.
