We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Resource Ability, a CARF-accredited nursing agency providing respite care to children with medical needs in their home communities throughout British Columbia.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will work with our team to provide complex care needs to children, supporting them to live at home with their families and attend school. You will be part of a caring and passionate team that strives for excellence every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to children with medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of children and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Provide education and support to families on how to care for their children

Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of British Columbia
