Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at JS SIDHU DRYWALL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers and projects, recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare production and other reports, estimate costs and materials, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
