Corporate Initiatives Lead

**About the Role**

The Government of Alberta is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Initiatives Lead to join our team in Jobs, Economy and Trade. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating high-profile projects that have a positive impact on our employees, partners, and the people we serve.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage corporate initiatives using sound project management principles and approaches to ensure the ministry meets its targets.
* Engage and motivate cross-divisional participation and input while executing corporate initiatives.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of corporate initiatives on a regular basis, with a view to improve tracking and projected performance.

**Requirements**

* University graduation in a related field plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience.
* Advanced skills in project management, exquisite interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead from the front and all sides.
* Knowledge of project management, issues management, stakeholder relations, and managing sensitive information in a complex policy environment.
* In-depth understanding of complex policy and delivery systems within the Ministry, including its service delivery partners, not-for-profit and private sectors, and multiple levels of government.

* A competitive salary range of $68,561 - $90,011 annually.
